It was very nice but it's hard to determine it's value. I didn't really look it over too close. I couldn't tell you if it was rusty before or if the floors were good or properly repaired etc. If it doesn't hold any dark secrets I would say 20 K is a good asking price at least. You certainly couldn't restore one for that.
