This is a 1958 Plymouth Silver Special 4 door.
If you are looking at this ad then you know something about these cars and know that the Silver Special was offered as a sales promotion. It is based off the Plaza with special trim, silver top with any body color offered in 1958.
This car is equipped with its original 318 V8, push button powerflight transmission and 3.03 limited slip rear end.
The car has 85k original miles on it and runs and shifts like new. Everything works including the heater and the original AM radio.
The car has had one repaint in The original attic white with a fresh coat of silver in top.
The interior has been completely redone with an original look and style but more durable material to last.
I did add dual exhaust to give the car a better sound. I have had the braking system completely redone and there is no rust on the car.
The trunk was done with por 15. All glass is great and it has Coker wide whites with about 500 miles on them.
This car was originally sold in SF and remained there until about 4 years ago when I got it. I am the 3rd owner.
The bumpers were rechromed and all the trim is great. Hubcaps are just about perfect.
This is not a show car but a good driver you could drive cross country and be proud to show off anywhere.
If you Google 58 Plymouth Silver Special this car is primarily what you will find. There were very few made and even fewer in a 4 door version.
I want 25k for the car as it truly is an investment.
