[h=2]he Facel Vega HK500[/h]

The 1958 model sold in Britain was the Facel Vega Sport, now with a 325 bhp, 5.8-litre Chrysler 300C engine and capable of a top speed of 130 mph. Drum brakes were still standard equipment, although Dunlop disc brakes were an optional extra; they became standard equipment in 1960. In 1960, the big car was renamed the HK500. It incorporated a few styling changes, the introduction of disc brakes and the use of a 6.2-litre, 360 bhp Chrysler engine. This car was produced in good numbers for several years, and in fact was the most successful of the Facels. Beautiful lines on this automobile,

Look under the hood of the Jenses'z and see the idler pulley I waz talkin' about on the 440s in there. Not so sure mother didn't take the hint on the 400s when she switched

Yep. Jensons, too.

I know of the Jensen cars, but when I read it the first time Stan, I read Jetsons in my head. Pretty sure there was no big block Mopar in it. :)

It does have dual exhaust.

Interesting read, never heard of this one! Very cool that it still exists.
