Heh, I don't even know if this is a C!

I'm still looking for a bit newer one, but this one looks like a find.

$5500

1961 dodge dart pioneer station wagon. Slant 6, 3 speed synchroshift trans. Power steering, power brakes .69,077 mi. Have service manuals. All original and runs and drives great.

I love this car.
I know the leaning tower of power is a great engine .... but I can't see it hauling this big-ole-wagon around in an efficient manner.

And No ........ It is not a C body. It falls under the heading of "Forward look". (1955-1961).

Yet another bonehead breaking out the Chrysler Blue spray bomb for the engine! Yellow or gold is what should be there, IIRC, but definitely NOT Blue.

The 225 really doesn't do bad in these cars. Lots of base full-sized Mopars were sold with them.

That's one of the few moments when I hate to be on the wrong continent. Bob, get it and bring it with you on your trip to Europe. :)

Jer, hello are you there I see a 440 with long ram manifolds as the way to go on this, or maybe add a turbo to the /6

great candidate for a bb/4 spd replant. Cannot see where the shifter is though, most likely on the column.

it looks to be in good condition but also looks like the engineers at Dodge wacked it with an ugly stick! LOL!!!:yes_no::steering:
The styling is not my cup of burbin.. :D

I'd put a 5.7L Hemi in it, along with the o'd automatic. Talk about a fun car! That, and a few, very minor and tasteful mods, and it's off to the races! I'd drive this one, even with the 225/auto.
