I much prefer this year and remember very clearly when my father brought one home in 1960 as a brand new car. His first brought home as a brand new car rather than used. The new car smell is still etched into my mind at the age of almost 7.

I steered you to a 61 Polara parts wagon with a nice front bumper in a thread awile back. You must have missed it. maybe do a search and find it. I'll see if I can find the info again.

My first car was a 61 Seneca with a slant six. 2 door sedan, gave 100 bucks for it back in 76. I had to put another engine in it. Paid 50 for that! Ran the hell out of it. Was a great car!
Elvis drove a 61 convertible in the movie Blue Hawaii.
