I may expand this as I look for the last few pieces to put this car together....
There is cover that goes over the hardware. I'm also assuming it keeps the foot secured when the seat is in the up position. Both sides are missing. I can't find a part number, but I'm gonna assume it's shared on '61-'64 full size wagons.
Also looking for the escutcheon that secures the mirror adjustment mechanism to the inside of the driver's side door.
And the nylon clips that hold the rocker molding. The mopar p/n is 6000924
