Thanks very much for viewing my ad. I am listing this estate fresh 1964 Chrysler New Yorker for a family friend who's in-laws have owned this car since the early 1970's. This is a true time capsule. The odometer is showing just over 51,000 miles and it is believed to be the original mileage. The car has been sitting for many years and is need of freshening up. Engine and transmission are very strong and the car runs smooth. The brakes are not holding and go to the floor so it appears likely that the master cylinder or a wheel cylinder may need replacement. With the exception of the passengers side grill opening, this is one of the straightest original unrestored cars that I have seen. Always an Arizona car, no rust appears to be present on this car. Classic mid century modern styling.
Equipped with a 413 V8 with a push button automatic transmission.
Very extremely original, unmolested low production New Yorker.
This New Yorker is fully loaded with complete power options such as, power brakes, power steering, power windows (all work), power seats, and even power door locks. Equipped with air conditioning as well. Factory tinted glass is all original and in excellent condition. The headliner is in near perfect condition. If you do seat covers and brakes you would have a great cruiser.
