This is a 1964 to 1972 Pontiac GTO 18" Five Blade Flex Fan
W/2 1/2" Spacer #535-253. The basic fan is steel, and the
blades are aluminum. It is in good condition, but could use
a cleanup. It was also used on other GM vehicles as well.
