1965 300 Wheel Paint Question

I've been digging around the forum for weeks and couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for.

I want to re-paint the wheels on my Mist Blue 1965 300 before replacing the tires. They are in rough shape. It looks like they were painted body color but I don't know if it is original. These are the 14" wheels and I'll be placing the factory hubcaps back over them.

What is the right color to go with? Body color/black/silver?

If it is body color, any recommendations where I'd be able to find some spray cans of it? Is there a rustoleum/krylon option?
