I don't know my Electras but that doesn't look like a '65 to me. Red accents are hideous.

Once I clicked on the CL ad, it does say 69 which is correct, but he had a typo on the search and listed it there as a 65. After looking at the 65 that is more my taste.

Buick only has a few interesting cars for me, generally my least favorite designs, apart from the 49/50 models, the 59/60 and first gen. Rivieras and maybe early 70s Skylarks.

This is a '69, judging from the sidemarkers and grille. It has two-stripe whitewalls, which were still common in '69 on big cars.

Notice, the A/C belt is missing...must "need a charge"!
