For Sale 1965 Chrysler 300 2 door
wanting to sell complete car minus the engine
was a 383 4bbl automatic
engine is already gone
but everything else is basically there
has white interior needs to be cleaned but in really good shape for its age
perfect dash everything works except the radio,[possibly a bad fuse]
all glass is good
trans is good [cable shift]
8 3/4 742 case rear end
grill is complete and in good condition
tail lights are all good
chrome is all good except for bumpers have rust hole
car shows 49000 miles ,but sat for 30 plus years
frame is rusted out and so is trunk and lower part of car. not fixable!!

car is located in northern IL
pick up only don't want to ship!
asking 1000.00 for car
has a lot of good parts on car.

So according to this seller, I should not be fixing my car because the trunk and frame rails were rotted...

Where was this guy a few months when I started out???
I could have saved myself a lot of grief and work!!!!

on this 65 300 the doors hood and deck lid are the only metal that are not rusted out
front frame rails are gone from firewall to trans mount both sides.and the leafsprings are in the trunk and front spring mounts are weak also.
but if someone wants to spend crazy money and restore this car thats up to them, i was just being honest about the condition of this car..

just checking ?? does any one want this parts car? it is complete except engine and acc on engine
lots of good chrome,interior,rearend,switches,wire harrness, glass.
will sell complete car only ,do not want to ship.

You might be best off contacting a Mopar salvage yard to see if the will give some $$ for it but I can't agree with you that this is a $1000 car...
Have you treid CL or other online sites?
