This is a nice '65 300 4 door, 383, 4bbl, 727.
The body is in nice shape and straight. There is a crease in the rear passenger side door. It's not too bad.
There isn't any major rust on the car. There is some cool looking patina rust where the paint has rubbed through. Floor pans and trunk are original and solid.
The interior is in decent shape. The dash is nice, the original seat covers are starting to crack. The headliner is original and in great shape.
I bought this car in California and drove it home to Mississippi. It can be driven anywhere.
The carb has been recently been rebuilt. The brake booster, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, rear drums, and brake shoes all the way around were recently replaced. Has a new fuel pump, and a new power steering pressure and return hose. Just put a set of cooper cobra tires on it as well. This 300 is ready for the hyway or cruising.
Asking $4000 obo.

Looks like a good honest car, whatcha selling it for? Seems like an awful long way to purchase / drive a car just to flip it.

I work in California. The company I work for gives me money for rental cars when I'm out west, so I just buy old iron and make an adventure out of it when it's time to go home.
Reason for selling. Is: I have 9 cars right now. I'm going through a divorce, and I'm closing on a second house for the wife and family next week. Could use some extra $ as I'm finding out divorces aren't cheap.

This is the perfect entry level car for someone.

Good, desirable, solid, running and driving car at a good price. Buy it, drive it and have some fun as you improve it.
