My Dad is selling his L convertible, here is a link to the Facebook Marketplace post. I've been trying to talk him out of selling this for weeks, its a great survivor and I love survivors. Click the Facebook logo in the upper right to go to the FB link for the rest of the pictures

Click on the facebook 'f"
That doesn't appear either.

I saw the car on Facebook, although I did not look at it. There are a lot of people on this site who do not do Facebook. It would be helpful to copy a link and post it here, like many people do Craigslist ads.

No link for me either. Scanned the whole post and no hyperlinked "f's" or anything else anywhere.

I just clicked here...

Outsiders aren't allowed onto Facebook marketplace. I've had a Facebook account for at least three weeks now, and I'm still not allowed into the marketplace section. I have to log into my father's account to see marketplace items.

Where are you located or better yet list your info here. FB won't let you search outside of 100miles of your location you can change your location but of course need the city.

I thought I would help, you said NW as your location, to I typed in Seattle and found your listing info.

Selling a 1965 Chrysler 300L Convertible. This isn’t a barn find, this is an aircraft hanger find! Found in the hills above Enumclaw WA it has sat since 1979. A time capsule into what you would find on a used car lot in the late 70s. Still has most of its original paint and under 100k original miles. The car has been gone through to get it back on the road and is now mechanically sound. Lots new including a new top, carpet, front seat covers (the back seat is still original!), brakes, brake lines, basically everything that needs to be done to put a car back on the road. Drives like a low mile car should. Look at the trunk floor pic...they don’t get much cleaner than that. The floors are the same. Asking $21,999 car is located in Woodinville WA. Selling for my Dad.

Well if you think its too much make me an offer. Gotta start somewhere. I've already gotten two offers on it but haven't accepted either of them yet.

Didn’t he just get this car?

Yep. He found something else shiny that he wants more. And like I said in my 1st post, I've been trying to talk him out of it.

I'm already the proud owner of a 1965 Chrysler 300 Convertible so I am not in the market at this time.

1965 Chrysler 300 Convertible

Having owned my car for close to 10 years, I've kept a keen eye on values. I would say a fair asking price for your dad's car would be in the $12K-$15K range. Although it is a survivor, there appears to be a fair amount of paint degradation which impacts the value. Again, my opinion but I think you are going to have a tough time selling for $22K but the buyer may be out there. In my estimation, $22K would be the selling price of my fully restored non-letter example. A fully restored L convertible could fetch $25K-$30K depending on how optioned the car is.
