Found this while looking at something else by accident. Its for sale in Australia for about $20k. Can't get any photos to save, you'll need to look at the link. Car looks mint but odd IMO...

Also, you seem to be able to get quite a few American cars inc 50's Caddy's in RHD form which would suit me in the UK, hope to see a nice Chrysler as think shipping costs would be similar to that of the USA.

Yes, indeed an Aussie Valiant and that's a winder for the rear window. I seem to recall that by inserting and turning the key in the lock in that handle the window automatically raised and lowered.
