Nope. 12 slot 15 x 8, 5x5 Chevy Rally used throughout the 70's.

It does look like that Ram center cap. Same bolt pattern, should snap right on.

That is a '66. Grille, reverse lamp placement and the location of the trunk "Imperial" emblem are dead giveaways.
