1965 New Yorker 4-door hardtop, 413, shows an add-on underdash air conditioner (no compressor evident!) plus an old 8-track underdash player, to boot! 77K miles.

I like it but he's dreaming on the price, I guess you have to start high though.
 
Well now I think I know why my dash is broken under the ashtray. Maybe I need to track down an aftermarket under dash AC unit to see if that fills the gap.
 
The steering wheel is just a cover. The underdash A/C is a mandatory thing in this part of the country in the Summertime - especially with a black car!
 
Question...how come a lot of these, including my 65 NY, seem like they usually have around 70k miles assuming the odometer hasn't turned over? Mine has 72k and I know it's original miles because I found the last registration in the glove box from the original owner in '89. Was there something on these cars that would go out around that many miles?
