This car is up on eBay. The interesting thing is when one looks at the bidder profiles for the last 30 days. A very prolific group of bidders. One guy has bid 899 times on 642 items and has a feedback of 1. Another is 158 bids on 52 items with a feedback of 6 and on and on. Ebay was a worthwhile place a decade ago but is quickly becoming a joke today. Besides 40,000 items fitting a 1973 Polara, of which only 123 really do, we have this bidding to further cement the problem.

Well said. I thought it was just me. I find it frustrating because there are items I need to find ...... Not 500 pages worth

We could ALL go on til the end of time now on how bad ebay has become.
I've flapped my pie hole forever and a day ranting about ebay crap.
I've got no more to say. I'm tired and disgusted with them.
They suck, suck, suck. period.

Look up a hood ornament for a formal Ny'er on EBAY.........only about 4,000 hood ornaments show up...maybe ONE is for a NY'er.

They have been in a long decline for many years now. Once Meg Whitman left an active role, the MBA types took over, and the place has long forgotten what it was originally intended to be. I am surprised that they has been no real competition over the years. I imagine Google could squash them like a bug if they put their mind to it.

There is one guy lurking around Ford and Mercury cars who, as of yesterday, had 1040 bids out on 1002 items in the last 30 days. One of his favorite bid amounts is $666.
