StarFires were only offered in 2 dr. hdtp. Whole lot of car for just 2 dr. only. Every other manufacturer had 2 and 4 dr. full size models. Interesting.:eusa_think: http://cosprings.craigslist.org/cto/4934320383.html

That is pretty cool and I do like the tail lights.

This car reminds me of a line from a Star Fire road test in Car and Driver. I think it was some time around 1970. The line read: "We had the cruise control set at 'Nail Down the Chickens, Ma - He's Coming Through'. I think they had four staffers in the car, and were hitting about 130 mph. C&D had / has a terrific sense of humor.

I totally agree. I used to subscribe to C&D, and I always read that rag cover to cover. The Letters section was always hilarious, as well as informative.
