Yes, $7K is a little much, even for a "#'s matching" car.
(love it when they say this about a pre-68 car, I guess the VIN matches the title).
 
I bought a nearly-identical '66 SF hardtop ten years ago, in the same shape and even colors, for $300. Sold it to a guy in central KS for $700 and thought I was doing pretty good.

I don't care what people say about pre-'68 cars having matching numbers or not...they indeed CAN have matching numbers IF the block, trans, and all the bolt-ons are dated BEFORE the scheduled build date. THAT is how a pre-'68 car has matching numbers. Whether you choose to believe it or not is up to you. We harped and bitched about this over on FBBO for eternity, I'm not going that route here, just making a statement you can choose to accept or ignore.
 
I havent bothered to call on this one. Its probably 20 miles away, which is close, but the numbers are too far away for me.
