1966 Chrysler Newport 2-door Hardtop:
1966 Newport 2-door hardtop 383-2bbl,dual exhaust, auto,sure-grip blue on blue.Body is very straight as is the trim and bumpers.Very little rust, some behind rear wheel wells.I have not ran the 383 but it spins freely-will work on making it run. This car has been parked a while and needs work to be a driver.Interior is complete but seats need recovered and tlc.All glass is good, doors open and close smoothly, nice trunk floor.Nice early C-body project.

Got anymore pics you can share?, that one doesn't show us much.

I received this car as payment for a job I did,too many projects and storage space at a minimum,I have no room for this car right now need to move. Message or call me with any offers or trades. Thanks RT
*Best trade options would be a car trailer or '73-'74 Dodge Charger clean steel fenders*

1966 Chrysler Newport 2-door hardtop-update

I've added a few pics of my Newport.I have more I can send/text to interested parties. This car is now running,I did it off of a fuel bottle as I am unsure of the fuel in the tank.Transmission works,we drove it into and backed it out of the garage.Brakes do not work and need hydraulic work and shoes, etc.I had the car on the lift, floors and frame are very solid, including trunk floor.Stub frame has a small spot of rust, quarter sized at the very left rear.Body rust is on both lower rear outer quarters, some on trunk extension on right side.Left quarter forward of wheel has some rust.Rockers are very solid below the door area.Fenders have surface rust on lower edges, but no rust through.Car has factory undercoat on floors and frame. Feel free to contact me for more info/pics or to make an offer.
Thanks,Ron

10 months later and no takers?
Price is going to have to be way more flexible I would imagine...

Stan,I never really advertised it other than here and Moparts for a month.I wanted to tear into it a bit first and see if it ran ok and moved under it's own power before bumping the ad.I didn't have a chance till this Summer! I like this car,as big as it is it doesn't feel massive.Even inside it's roomy but the low roof line makes it feel a bit more sporty than it really may be! I've considered keeping this and selling my '65 Coronet,it's a 4-door sedan,we'll see how it goes.As for the price,I'm flexible as it says, make an offer!
