You spend all your time and money making it look like this when you couldn't/can't even fluff & buff the chrome, interior and maybe the old paint and just leave well enough alone! I wonder if he's got the skirts?

Methinks having the skirts is a moot point, those arches look kinda high, I'm betting they have been modified.
Aside from that, scuffing it and putting it in red oxide with a brush and roller would perk it up nicely.
