Howdy Folks I have a 1966 Chrysler New Yorker four door 440, 59000 original miles cars all original except for paint and decals, it's restorable but it's definitely a rat rod with a backyard paint job I'm selling it whole or for parts it runs great drives great has all new brakes including power booster and master cylinder has brand new dual exhaust is brand new aluminum radiator brand new tires brand new shocks and much more it has rare Factory bucket seat interior, that being said it has a rust issue that I just found out about, the guy I bought it from was obviously a con artist, I drove it all summer long to local car shows and cruise-ins after I painted it, I never even crawled under it when I bought it , mistake I guess, floor pans are solid, rear frame rails are solid, trunk pan is solid except around the very edges, but the front subframe has some Rust right under the drivers door, a local shop told me they could cut it out and replace it for around $650, and it would look just like it came from the factory, in my opinion I would put a subframe in it if you could find one from a different car, or just use it as parts I just don't have the time to mess with it, as I said it's a rat rod has Dents & Dings and would need front and rear seat covers and a headliner besides the subframe repair, but I'll tell you it's a really really fun car, and it got more looks at the cruise-ins and car shows than any $100,000 trailer Queen, everyone wanted to take pictures and have their pictures taken with it and put their children in the backseat and take their pictures just a lot of fun first $2700 takes it
