I love the plants growing up through the rusted floorboard.

Ahh...springtime in Alabama. :)

It says something with Ford at the rear.

Big Block, Power brake set up there are some salvageable parts left.

I am sure it a good parts car. And almost any vert is...well who wouldnt at least try to save one?

Restored, I think they ALL sell. Especially a Fury or Polara. Seem thats were the C body demand is!

That one was red (I think). So, red vert in that shape..yeah...steep climb, but probably worth it to the committed! :)

But....wear your snake boot when you go in there to pull it out. (I know the general area... Just sayin')

Funny, I just notice the tail of a black Corvair in that one pic.

Guy must a few cars parked in yard.

I don't have a problem with snakes...but venomous ones I do.

The Ford thing looks like an old dealer plaque to me.

Probably the last dealer who sold it used, in the 70s I am guessing.

I would make him pull it out of the weeds with his tractor before I bought it. :)

Rural parts Yards down here, you can never tell what you'll find living in a car. If I have to wade in weeds, makes me nervous.

Racoons are usually OK, because they chase the rats away. They can gnaw on things, but rat poop is the worst, and they eat everything, I think, so racoons, no problem.

Snakes should eat rats too. Theoretically, at least. So, I guess I shouldnt let them bother me. But they do....if I see one, I head the other way.

And you dont want to be out where there are skunks roaming around. I have never been hit by one, knock wood, but I think that would be the worst.

Ever been in some Bedford ? ;)

Actually predated the Chevrolet by 2 years. Remarkable similarities, never saw anything mentioned about Relations between the two models but a striking resemblence and Bedford is a GM make after all.
