I googled earthed that address and the sign on the lot said Abandoned Vehicle Impoundment Lot. I guess they are the contractor for the Philadelphia area and being close to the river shipping channel with a lot of other salvage and scrapper yards around that area these cars are 1 step away from China or Brazil.
