The big difference is always what it's worth to he who owns it now and he who is considering purchasing the dreams (nightmares in some cases) of he who owns it.
I won't sell, I'd never get close to what will be in it when the time comes to part with it. Grandkids, great grandkids, who knows but I'll probably givey cars away when I can no longer drive them. But that's a long way off, so I'll drive them!
I figure that's gonna be my wife's issue when I'm gone and remind her of that occasionally - doesn't usually improve her day when I do.
