How does that happen?

Part of the country where trucks are far more valuable than cars. It happens. BUT on the bright note, there's lots of cars just a sitting and waiting for the taking. AND since there's so few people there to buy, whatelse are they going to do with invaluable objects. Be happy they didn't dump it on the side of a creek to prevent erosion.
