I have a nearly all-original 1966 Plymouth Fury I 2-door post car that has almost no rust. No rust in the body panels or the frame. There is a little in the trunk, but it is a very small area as well as a dent. It spent its whole life in the southern California area around San Gabriel and San Diego. The short list is what is on the car that is not original. Two items under the hood are not original. It is missing the two side trim pieces for the back window, as well as the package tray. It still has the original CertiCard on the radiator. I haven't found a buildsheet yet. The drivetrain is all there, running, but the engine wants to idle down until it just quits. The bumpers need a little straightening, but they are pretty presentable. It does have an NOS left rear taillight trim ring and a non-original black headliner that is not yet installed. I would sell it and buy the correct color. It was originally a light blue all over, not this blue and white paint job you see now. It needs new seat covers and carpet. It has a nice 3-tone blue interior with a sapphire blue carpet; very nice looking. The door and glove compartment locks work. The exhaust is not rusted out and the gas tank was supposedly cleaned-out and sealed (per the last owner). The steering wheel needs to be taken off and turned 180 degrees to the correct position. The tires hold air and it has new radiator fluid. It still wears the original dealership license plate ring from Lees Chrysler-Plymouth from San Gabriel. I would keep that on the car, as it is a piece of the cars original history.
