Looks like a 318 wide block to me. Canadian car. Needs exhaust re-done.

Interior looks like a re-do, but I don't think it's anything like the original.

Then again, it's a Canadian car!

It is a VIP and the interior might be authentic, save the 2 tone dash. The seat and door panel rectangular plush look is similar to this VIP I picked up for parts some time back. And ya its got a poly.

The color threw me, and it looked like a redo, but I can see pattern is match to what you have. Learn something new everyday!
