Not Mine.
1966 Plymouth Sport Fury
Somehow me thinks liquor 'Talks' for better deal!
Original 383 4BBL with 727 Auto running 10:1 compression on 93 Octane
Motor has never left the engine bay
4 Owner car, Military and Rental company owned.
All pieces needed to finish restoration are there, just needs to be done.
New fuel tank
New brake system
Mopar Rallye wheels
Powdercoated dual snorkel air cleaner
Not any really bad rust
Interior almost finished being restored, just needs a bit more upholstery on door panels.
Runs fine if not a little lean, could probably use a carb tune up.
Needs new tires as they've been on the car for a few years.
Needs new exhaust as it has rust holes. Muffler shop can make new pipes. Or drive it as is.
Leaks transmission fluid when warm; previous owner put on new gaskets and checked everything. Could be that it wasn't put back on correctly or something else. Just gotta keep an eye on it.
Fuel gauge doesn't work, could be the circuit board or wasn't wired right when new tank was put in.
Other dashboard gripe is that half of the speedo doesn't light up at night.
It's a fun car to drive; you can definitely feel the power under you.
These C Bodys are getting hard to find in top trim levels.
If there's any specific questions I might be able to answer them, just listing what I know off-hand. Haven't been able to get into restoring it like I wanted as financial situation has changed.
Willing to trade for an RSX Type-S or a GSR with cash on top.
