Ok, kind of a weird one here.. I recently sold the above wagon to a couple.. I receive a message on Facebook begging that I take the car back.. I asked why she doesn't want it and she replies "I HATE that car!" "It was used to transport people from a mental hospital to the morgue." I asked if she called the people on the title, since I never transferred it into my name. She says "No, I talked to the nun in the car!" Peyote must be a hell of a drug! So.. Here I am AGAIN trying to save this car from derby guys and the crusher. It is rough.. The floor is shot, lower quarters are rusty, front fenders behind the brace have quarter size holes.. I sold it for $350. It is located in Buffalo, ND. I am playing middle man and don't have pictures of it. You can call me at 701.793.6814. I will try to get pictures. I should add it's a 318, 3 on the tree car. Transmission and clutch pedal assembly are gone.. Has an 80's 318 that was torn apart in it now..

This is one of just 170 318 3-speed manual '67 Belvedere II wagons. Pretty scarce to begin with. Hell, for $350, a guy could do far worse.

If it were closer, I would consider it for a parts car for my own 67 Belvedere II wagon. I wonder if the ghost was really a nun or if it was just the ghost of some mental patient who thinks she (or he) was a nun. If I buy a haunted car, I would hope the ghost would at least know who he or she is. I wonder what happens to the ghost if the car is parted out or crushed.
If the car does go to the crusher, save the tailgate, if its salvagable. Tailgates that aren't rusted out are the hardest part to find on these wagons. Rear bumper is also a unique wagon piece, and a good rear bumper would be worth salvaging as it would fit all 66-67 Dodge and Plymouth B-body wagons.

Wow, only 170?? That's crazy! Jim, the tailgate had a few dents and rust behind the bumper. The bumpers were totally shot.. Someone must've hooked onto it with a tow hook and tweaked them.. They were welded at one time also.. Maybe a chrome shop could work some magic on them? Hopefully the ghost is Christine's cousin and the car will come back to life and kill all the Chevy "sh-tters".. LOL. Now, I do remember the title saying "Satellite". I don't think they made a Satellite wagon in 67.. I may be wrong.. The wagon specific glass was still good.. The couple does have three sedans they were going to use as parts for the wagon, but I don't know anything about them. Hopefully someone on here will find a home for it. She seems very motivated to sell it. I just want the rear end from a b-body for my Polara since it's shorter.. Maybe i can drag it back home if someone needs parts from it. I do have the radio delete plate still. It is an AC car as well.

The Satellite was available only as a convertible and a 2 door hardtop for the 65-67 model years. In 68, the Satellite name replaced the Belvedere II model nameplate and the equivelent of the earlier Satellite became the Sport Satellite.
I mentioned this haunted wagon over on the Station Wagon Forums. You might also mention it on For B Bodies Only.

And there you have FCBO's WTF Quote of the Day.

Nun?
