It is a '68.

'67, a '68 would have hideaway headlights

If you look close the headlight doors are open. The tail lights are horizontal , the '67s were vertical onto the top of the fender. There are side marker lights....a '68

Only '68 had these marker lights. Headlights might just be stuck in the up position.
