Maybe I missed the more detailed explanation but in reading the article about her car, it indicates the restoration folks nearly had to dig the car out of the dirt . I would think the frame would have been rusted away. Not sure why she let it go to such disrepair and then obviously spent huge amounts to restore it when it might only have a cap on value other than the Chrysler heritage.
My 68 300 (albeit not original car) had body color radiator support. Not sure if these folks made a mistake or if she did not want body color shining through the grille and chose to have it black instead. I also cannot see in any of the pictures I noted that there is a fender support / fender tag. It would be a shame to not have that go with the car. Maybe I just did not see it. Could any of you see the support data tag anywhere?
They did paint the core support yellow, when they did the blackout they painted the top. In some of the pictures you can see the backside is yellow.
Looked at the photos, couldn't spot it either

I saw this car at Mike Gardner's restoration shop when I was in Hershey for a 300 club meet last year.
I often include a trip through the museum as part of going to Chryslers at Carlisle. I may have to do that again this year!
