Hard to tell without pics of the whole car. My guess is he's hiding something, most of these types that spend large for rims show how they look on the car in the ad.

Yeah, could use more pics. These people find estate sale cars...which is probably why they are is such good shape......bolt huge rims on them and try to sell for 2 or 3 times the actually worth.
