Not Mine!

Came across this one on lunch break today. I'm not affiliated in any way with this car, just thought you guys might be interested. It is located in Horsham, PA. Sign reads "1967 Chrysler, 383 engine A/C car - works, 44,000 miles, $6,000".

Sorry for the crappy interior pic:

James

Yes, Stan likes this car.
Stan no like the price....

12 - 15 hundred? Maybe??

No....... Banana BOAT.

BTW, thank you for stopping and taking the time to shoot some pics.

No problem. I've seen this car in the lot on and off through the summer, this was the first time with a for sale on it. I'm always surprised to see an old C in the north east without huge holes in the quarters. I'll be glad to keep an eye on he price.

Can't understand, people think they can get 6000.00 for this junk?

I don't know much about these models, but other than the working factory air, it does appear to be plain Jane. But the real value is only what the buyer determines. $6 grand is not chump change in my book, but like I said, i think you'd be hard pressed to find a non rotted C with working AC in the NE. I don't even look at cars anymore without it.

Oh NO, I wish you hadn't said that

Lets look at it from another angle, locate one across the country and you have to pay for shipping, I dont think he's that far off the mark after looking at it again, if its mostly solid

I would not quite go so far as to call it "junk". Seen worse, but it sure isn't worth $6k...I'd cut that in half, being generous.

OK, maybe I shouldn't have called it junk. Your saying 3k being generous, which translates to a comfortable $2500.$2700.00...still a far cry from $6000.00. And lets use this Polara as a fairly close comparison as to what you can get for $4700.00 or less. I think some is trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting buyer.

It's a cool car. The right front fender is a different color. I think my 300 is a better deal in the $6K range.

There's no doubt about that!!
