I hate when Someone Over pays for a Car then Cant accept That they will half to take a Loss. I wanted to But a 70 Swinger this summer but the guy wanted 4K for a 2K car.

The ad says it's in Beacon NY. That's about an hour north of NYC near Newburgh.

You have to roll your own, like a formal with a 4 speed.
