1967 CHRYSLER NEWPORT HORN RING

Can anyone tell me how this horn ring comes off ? I'm trying not to break it.

That center cap might pop off similar to the tilt/tele wheels.

Try rotating the outer cap ccw a little bit and it may come off in your hand, then there should be 3 screws down inside the opening now revealed.

Center cap pops off like a Pringles lid. There should be a notch or slot on the seam to show where to pry at. Use a plastic pry bar if you have one...
