(EDIT: It's a 383 Commando...not a 383 Super Commando...my mistake...he never posted it as a "Super"...I misread it.)

Nice looking vert!

That seems to be my favorite color combo on a Fury convertible, regardless of year.

He says the AC doesnt work (big surprise!).

The current bid is $10.1k and the reserve is off.

Hmmm..if I bid on this thing and win it...(very unlikely, I admit)...but...IF I did..how do I explain it to my wife?

A wise man once said " it is better to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission." But if it was me I would just say "oops".

Good photo skills. Seems to have a good couple of appearance flaws with some bad touchups or repaint.
But if it's solid....

Definitely well-worn in places (like the dash) and it's got some noticeable flaws, like the rear bumper on driver's side, and missing tail light piece.

So, it's more of a driver than a collector car. But looks like someone cared about it, because it's been repainted and cleaned up nicely. Being a convertible, that makes sense.

It's already out of my price range, but somebody will be driving around S. Florida in it soon, no doubt.

(It's in Boca Raton)

I've done that before. :)

A long-term relationship usually only has a limited number of "oops" in them...so you have to plan carefully. :eek:ops:

The other thing is to remember what a wise man once said, "Buy her a diamond..."
