If I had not found BitterSweet, I'd probably be negotiating a price with him on the phone right now.

Interesting thing for a Sport Fury, column shift with no console and a buddy seat.
May have been a special order?
Looks in great shape.
Don't see too many '67 Fury FastTops.
Nice

Love it, great color combo!

Hey guys...I thought it looked real good in the photos too. Called the guy and he said "there was no rust on the car and it had only one owner before him..needed some work but was a real solid car." He was flipping it. I raced down there and was the first one to see it. Quite the amateur (old) paintjob over shoddy body work. Bullseyes and waves everywhere. I couldn't believe my eyes as I crawled under it. Quite the rust bucket. I knew that he was quite aware of what he was doing as he had several nice classic cars in his garage. I showed him several spots where it had been rusted out and filled in. He touched one of the spots and a chunk of bondo came right off in his hand. The gas tank had deep scale rust on it...and in back of the driver rear tire, someone had smeared white epoxy on it obviously to seal it up and keep gas from leaking out. The photos made the interior look quite good...but in person it was a mess. The headliner was coming down too. This car needed A LOT of work...way too much for me. The guy was flabbergasted that I wouldn't even make him an offer. By the time I got home I noticed the ad was deleted. I hope the new owner knows what he's getting into.

Bob
