I'm posting this for a guy in our car club, so please don't shoot the messenger. :elmer:

I offered to do this before I knew all the details.

No motor or trans. As far as I know, the rest is there except for some minor generic parts like the gas pedal. Comes with extra hood, bumpers, and a better, but not great trunk lid. I'm fairly sure that the floors and trunk are solid. Car originally came from New York and had a rotted sub frame, so front clip was yanked and disposed of. Don't know if the original fender tag was saved, but I could find out. Current seller has only had the car a few months, but I'm friends with the previous owner who had it stored inside for over 20 years. Green clip is off of a low mile 4 door that the sides were wiped out from scraping the garage door opening many, many times. Unfortunately, the low mile engine and trans were lost in a previous deal on the car that went sour many years ago. Quarters have some rust, but not too bad. Both quarters and right door also have some dents that have been "fixed" in the past. Left door is dented pretty good. I could see that the left fender was mashed in the front at some point. It's been strafed by a dent puller, and mudded up. I think the only notable option is power windows. I think the new clip may have the Budd disc brakes on it.

Asking price $3500.00

I should be able to answer any questions about the car.

Jeff

I think you're right on the money with that price. A friend of mine in Sweden who has restored quite a few 65-68 300's offered him $1500 last week, but he's looking for more. I tried to get him to buy it from the previous owner about 5 years ago, but he had just finished up a couple really rough cars, and was a bit burnt out from all the metal work he had done. I'd really like to see this car finished, as it will be a real pretty car with the turquoise and white.
