Time to let her go and it will be a bitter sweet goodbye when the time comes. It's been nearly 9 years since I picked her up. I came across another project car that I couldn't pass up on. Unfortunately it's not a Mopar. It's a 1960 Chevy Impala 4 door hardtop, sports sedan flat top with a 348ci. The New Yorker has been very good to me, but I'm excited to take on a new adventure. I wanted to try and keep both cars(I still might, who knows if it will sell)but this has been a year of big change and I think just one car for now will be best.

Well the 60 impalas have style that's for sure. Good luck with your new endeavor, and your sale.

The 1960 Chevy was a death trap.. X frame... Tin can. . Look up on you tube.. 1959 Chevy crash test... than go and look up imperial demolition derbies .... And than you will see that #3. Was realy # 1 !!!

This has been one of my favorites on this board from the moment I saw it. Best of luck finding a new home for it.

I liked it as well but I'd admit the Impala is an even more rewarding and period correct Piece of canvas to work with in that direction.
I used to have a BelAir 4dr. sedan in tasco turquoise that came originally from Delaware.
