1968 chrysler newport
the honesty is refreshing
I picked this car up from a "friend" who told me it was better shape then it was. I'm a chevy guy I bought the car for $2450 to flip it for some cash and help a buddy. Well it's a good car but there was no money in it for me and now i have a car I dont want. I don't care about the car and just want some of my money back.
I'm not going to pull your leg so here is the car.
The car does drive and it does stop.
It has not driven in 10 years besides me around the block
It is not tagged registered inspected.
I have clear title and a bill of sale from the previous owner.
Illinois car so there is rust. Rust on the rails rust on the panels some it deep some is not.
383 with 4 brl edelbrock runs strong
Battery is shot but I can run it off of my battery to show you and drive it.
Tires hold air fine but they are dry rotted and need replaced.
The car has a pretty good interior but there are some tears in the seats and the headliner is gone.
Ac is in the truck I don't know what it will take to run. It obviously wasn't working if they took it out.
The power steering pump is shot. The pulley spins but no power steering.
Cash only I don't want help selling it and don't kick my tires if you don't have money. I don't care about the car but I'm already out $500 . $2000 is firm.
No parting out unless you want motor trans then we can talk.

I'm not desperate. I have a good Mopar that should be on the road as a daily driver and instead it's taking up my driveway.
