That is a Canadian built car...note Fury III cloth/vinyl interior.
The 383 had to be ordered since the 318 was base engine in Canada.
Magnum 500 would suit this car best.
 
IDK, I'm kinda partial to those wheels.

The early 70s rally’s actually look pretty good on this particular car even though I like to stick to wheels originally available in almost all cases.

The RWO tires and dark argent 71 centers probably have a lot to do with that.

Queue up a comment about my old 67 300 that the PO had put later model C body road wheels on.

I do too, usually. My '68 Monaco 500 came with ralleyes off a Challenger, and they've grown on me.
 
The restoration of the engine compart is incredible.
Everything is correct, right down to the hose clamps.
Shame that it still needs new upholstery at that price.
