Starts, runs, and stops well. Body solid...paint faded in spots. New starter, fuel tank, fuel lines, and tires. Interior good, no rips. Carpet could be replaced or can just be cleaned. FYI...at this price don't expect perfection...there are some issues that need to be addressed eventually such as some electical problems(power windows: some work, some don't), the a/c doesn't blow cold, headlight switch needs to be replaced. All of the chrome is present and very clean. The car is definitely an eye-turner and gets compliments as-is. I will consider trades on certain vehicles...I'm into 80s cars and/or mustangs...whatcha got? I don't need help selling.

Nice looking, I may be looking for a car shortly...anyone live close enough to check it out?

I’d go check it out for you, it’s a haul so I’d probably want some reimbursement for time and gas.

I have a bid in on a car on ebay, lets see how that goes first but thank you for the offer!

I found a 4 door 1968 Imperial LeBaron locally in burgundy, next to no options, no a/c, no stereo but it does have front and rear heat. He is asking $8,500.00 but I may be able to get him to come down a little..Excellent paint, body, interior and chrome.....just no options.:(

Can you post some pics?

That car was part of the estate where I bought the '66 Convertible. Low miles and original as I recall (but don't hold me to that, I'm getting old) The owner is a member here... hemitis? He was was working on it and set his hands on fire or something like that.

You’re right, I was thinking this one was green until you said that.

Matt, I deleted the photos but I still have the owners number, if you would like it send me a PM and I will give it to you.

I do have photos of that car, the owner sent me several on my cell and I still have them. Not sure about the low miles, engine compartment looks pretty ratty...back seat looks great! I have his number too.

Here’s all the info on this car.

Didn't follow that thread at the time, no rust is a bonus. This seems like a good buy for someone willing to tackle the electrical gremlins, no air doesn't bother me either.
Now, how far to an international seaport?...

Both appear to be nice. I like the burgundy one from the outside and the gray one from the inside, oh and the back window of a Crown.

I reckon the '67 and '68 designs are appealing in just about any colour, which can't be said of the later model Imperials.
