1968 new yorker idler arm

Hi, just wondering if someone can either show or tell me the nomenclature

of the idler pulley, I had a washer(not the lock washer) laying on the bench and can't remember if it goes on the idler arm. thanks mike

Yes the washer goes on before the nut.

Not an idler arm, just idler pulley, or idler pulley and bracket for A/C cars.

“Idler Arm” is a common name for a steering linkage part.

sorry, yes idler pulley. I have the lock washer on under the nut but I've got another flat washer I'm asking about
