No. He lives in Nampa, ID. My dad's family is from there. It's built on the worlds largest dirt clod and it smells really bad from the sugar beet processing plant. You can't buy a beer on Sunday. Mostly Mormons live there. He can have it.

A Cape Cod house is a style of house. As in: Colonial, Split Entry, Ranch, Duplex, etc..
