It was bought at a towing auction. The "lien" is just the towing yard paperwork. Take it to DMV and get a title. I was at this auction and didn't bid on it. It is really rough. Probably just a parts car. The console in nice though. Just nothing there I needed.

Contacted the guy but he said it was sold, could use some parts for my 440 4 speed car but it looks super rough. Really need tail panel trim and looks like it is all gone.
