Everything works on this baby, just finalizing details.

Anything specific I should look for in my final inspection?

Any help appreciated guys - thanks for the great forum!

Looks like a pretty sharp car! I guess the main thing is look everywhere for rust or previous rust repair. Under the vinyl top and keeping out from under that wide body sill trim along the bottom but the fact that its all still on is a good sign. If you can get it up on a hoist locally for a look underneath, that would be good too.

Thanks Matt. Looking closely at the door pic I'm wondering if there wasn't some sill work done at some point.

Looks solid, how many miles? Where did it come from? I'm by no means an expert on the fuselage era cars so somebody else should chime in soon with more suggestions.

108000 miles, originally from British Columbia, Canada. 2 owners from same family. I think it's pretty sharp too, and I've talked extensively with the owner who has been a real gent to deal with. Unfortunately, the first owner had a gd sunroof put in, but it was professionally done at least.

Nice looking New Yorker.

I would make sure there is no evidence that the sunroof is leaking.

Seems to have some additional holes drilled in the A-pillar ? Might have been Ziebarted back in the day which could be responsible for a good Overall Body condition.

If you haven't driven the car yet, then your in for a real treat. 69/70 New Yorkers may be the best riding cars ever built.

Very nice find. Don't know what the asking price is but if its reasonable I'd pull the trigger on that before someone else scoops it up or it ends up in a derby or a e/a/b body donation victim.
