A Detroit car that has been "repainted" (and incorrectly under the hood). Who knows whats under that shiny paint? I wouldn't even consider a car like that without going over it with a paint coating thickness meter, looking for bondo.
Those exhaust tips would be the first thing to go.

i recall this one from a while back, i am pretty sure he said original paint at that time too, but maybe not.
anyway, according to the VIN, it's not an original TNT car: VIN: CM27K9C218576
