1969 Chrysler 300 convertible 440 K code. Good project car for someone. Turns over with the key but does not run currently. Floor pans aren't rotted but trunk pan has some holes. The quarters have bubbles as shown in pictures. The fenders are also rusty but it comes with 2 NOS fenders that are perfect. Convertible top works, power windows work, radio works, power seats work. It has the automatic sensor for the hideaway headlights which is a rare option. There were only 996 made in 1969 with a console and only 400 with a convertible and console combination. The frame rails are nice, not rotted. The original color is F8 green. It has the build sheet which I decoded.

It has been bondoed up at least once, probably has a lot of hidden lower body rust in addition to the noted rust out in the photos. Probably salvageable but this will be an ambitious project, looks to have belted tires that are at least 40 years old and it is a non runner. It is probably overpriced as to its current condition.

The terminal rot in the lower quarter panels and the dutchman are obvious. Check the B post bases for rot too. Rot in the outter wheel houses would be expected. A full inspection should be done by someone experienced metal man would be a good idea too. Bubbling of the rockers at the B post. A donor car may be required. that's been my experience. I agree way over priced.
