I H-A-T-E that, when people stuff the interior with junk. The ultimate insult to the car, a shed on 4 wheels. Sometimes destroys what otherwise might be a half decent interior with a little elbow grease.

Yet, we have seen it here all the time. How does that happen? "Gee, I have no place to put the weed whacker I think I'll store it in the old Chrysler".... I just cant see that conversation happening

I could never bring myself to do that..store junk in the car like that.

I can put a small block in a colt, it would either be put another motor and trans in that 300 or chop it up for parts and scrap.

Yea, you bolt anything between the frame rails, but it would be an injustice to lift the hood of a 69' 300 and be staring at a 318.

It would be a 360 ;) maybe a 408 if I was feeling good.

That would certainly be a 69' 300 with a totally different feel to it. Me being a mostly stock guy, I'd leave the 440 and build that up a little without messing with the block.
